Although Jess has lived on Noongar Boodja for all her life, her mob is Gumbaynggirr from the coast region of Coffs Harbour, which stretches out from the Nambucca Valley in the south, to the Clarence River in the north, to the Great Dividing Range in the west. She is a single mother of one and has her Certificate IV in Legal Services. Delivering the “customer service experience”, is something she has always enjoyed doing. Her first job was working behind the checkout at her local IGA and has always strived to make sure that each and every customer has a pleasant time. Since then, gaining medical and legal administrator experience has led her to where she is now. Recently joining FISH has taught her newer skills she never thought she would get the chance to learn. She is the new face behind the emails that you may send through for FISH enquiries and is also assisting with the business side you just don’t get to see.
